TYLER’S TREEHOUSE GOLF CLASSIC / AUCTION & DINNER 
Congratulations to Whitney White, Jason Hahn, Darrel Shipman, and Jerry Bazin winners of the 2012 TTGC with an awesome score of 14 under par. It wasn’t easy as competition was fierce this year with a three-way tie for first. Whitney, Jason, Darrel, and Jerry won in a tense winner-take-all, closest to the pin chip off on the eighteenth green. The Auction & Dinner the evening prior to the TTGC was a huge success also. Everyone came well prepared for the “live” auction as paddles were raised at a frantic pace. Some of the more sought after items included a Beach House in Melbourne Beach, FL that brought $3400, a lake house in Marion, NC for $3200, a Cam Newton autographed helmet for $750, and the most active bidding brought $9300 for three Board of Directors Dinners, planned, prepared, and served by your TT hosts. All-in-all the Auction was our most successful to date. Some comments...... Thanks to our Sponsors for their terrific support, to our tireless volunteers, and all those who participated! Through your efforts we continue to work towards our mission statement of finding the cause and eventual cure for DIPG (diffused intrinsic pontine glioma). Tyler’s Treehouse 5k Race / 1 Mile Fun Run For the sixth straight year Tyler’s Treehouse Race/Run turned into the most successful to date. Runners, walkers, strollers, even an old fashioned penny-farthing, high wheel bicycler, with over 600 in all, participated in the fun-filled event.
